1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of cum4k's services, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed. cum4k reserves the right to verify user identity at any time, and users must cooperate fully with such verification processes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. 3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Cum4k users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform or any other user's account.
- Distributing obscene, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Using another person's account or impersonating another individual.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, misconduct, or manipulation in betting activities.
- Transferring or sharing your account with any third party without prior written consent from cum4k.
Cum4k reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, freezing balances, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the cum4k platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and e-wallets such as TNG. Deposits are typically processed within minutes. However, cum4k is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. Users are advised to check their bank statements if a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe and to contact customer support if needed.
For withdrawals, the user's account must have completed full identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. cum4k reserves the right to request supporting documents for compliance purposes. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the policies in effect at the time of the transaction, which can be reviewed in the FAQ platform.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements. Failure to meet the wagering requirements prior to withdrawal may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded, depending on the nature of the violation.

All content on the cum4k platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of cum4k or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
